Anandhi first appeared in the Telugu film Ee Rojullo,s Cell song in 2012. In the same year, she made her debut starring in the movie Bus Stop which she portrayed the role of Seema. One year later Anandhi acted in the role of Preethi alongside Varun Sandesh and Komal Jha in the Telugu film Priyathama Neevachata Kusalama.
In 2014, The actress made her Tamil debut with the drama film Poriyaalan. Anandhi played the lead role of Kayalvizhi in the Tamil adventure-romance film Kayal for which she won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award Special Prize. Then she released many films such as En Aaloda Seruppa Kaanom, Mannar Vagaiyara, Pariyerum Perumal, Irandam Ulagaporin Kadaisi Gundu, and Visaranai.
In 2021, Anandhi released her Telugu comedy film Zombie Reddy in the role of Nandini Reddy. Then she appears in Tamil films Live Telecast as Kalai and Kamali From Nadukkaveri as Kamali.
