His mother Peggy Prescott raised all of them by herself because she was a single mother. Prescott studied at Haughton High School and graduated from there.
He was a star player in his high-school team. Later he attended ‘Mississippi State University.’ At his university, he was an active member and regular player of the football team there.

Prescott started his career journey by joining college football in 2012. He scored 4 touchdowns after playing 12 games in the first season there. The incredible player ended up with 156-of-267 passes for 1,940 yards in 11 games. For his outstanding performance, he was named ‘Most Valuable Player’ of that season.
In 2013, he obtained the title of ‘SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll’ for his exceptional performance. From 2014, he started playing as a full-time starter of his team. Prescott was named as the ‘National Player of the Year’ in 2015 and honored as the fourth player in FBS history for passing 60 touchdowns. He joined the ‘Dallas Cowboys’ and continued his amazing performance there too.

Prescott described that he suffered from depression after his mother’s death because she was very close to him. His mother died from colon cancer. Prescott is still unmarried and currently dating his girlfriend Ireland Borba.
