Niharika Konidela made her acting debut with the Telugu movie ‘Oka Manasu’ in 2016 which she played the lead role of Sandhya along with Naga Shourya. Two years later, she appeared in the Telugu romantic drama film ‘Happy Wedding’ as Akshara alongside Niharika Konidela. Then the actress played the role of Bhagyam in the historical action film ‘Sye Raa’ in 2019.
In 2018, the actress made her Tamil film debut with the black comedy film ‘Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren’ as Soumiya opposite Vijay Sethupathi, Gautham Karthik, and, Gayathrie.
Niharika played the debut role of Aasha in the web series ‘Muddapappu Avakai’ in 2016 which she also worked as a producer. In 2018, she appeared in the drama web series ‘Nanna Koochi’ as Tara on ZEE5. The actress also worked as an actress and producer in the web series ‘Madhouse’ in 2019 as Meena.
