The actress made her acting debut appearing in the TV serial Gangaa in 2015 which she portrayed the role of child Ganga for which she won the Best Child Actress award. A few months later she come back to the same TV serial Gangaa in the role of Krishna Sagar Chaturvedi, the daughter of Ganga and Sagar for that she won the award for Desh Ki Ladli- Most Promising Child Star. Ruhana also acted in Suhail Zargar’s music video O Meri Jaan.
