Tridha Choudhury was born on November 22, 1993, in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The actress belongs to a Bengali Hindu family. Her father’s name is not known and her mother’s name is Trishna Choudhury. She is the only child of her parents. Tridha did her schooling at M. P. Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School, Kolkata, and completed her graduation in Microbiology from Scottish Church College, Kolkata.

Tridha Choudhury made her acting debut starring in the Bengali adventure thriller movie ‘Mishawr Rawhoshyo’ in 2013 which she played the role of Rini along with Prosenjit Chatterjee, Aryann Bhowmik, Indraneil Sengupta, Rajit Kapur, and Rajesh Sharma. One year later she appeared in the Bengali film ‘Khaad’ in the role of Meghna.
The actress made her Telugu debut with the romantic comedy film ‘Surya vs Surya’ in the role of Sanjana. In 2018, she acted in the Telugu film ‘Manasuku Nachindi’ in which she played the lead role of Nikita along with Sundeep Kishan and Amyra Dastur.
In 2019, Tridha made her Tamil debut with the mystery thriller film ‘7’ in the role of Priya. She also acted in the Hindi action drama film ‘Shamshera’. Tridha worked in the Bengali short film ‘Merry Christmas’ in which she played the role of Riya as a food delivery girl.
Tridha made her television debut with the Indian legal drama series ‘Dahleez’ on Star Plus in 2016 and she is most known for the lead role of Swadheenta Ramakrishnan. The actress also appeared in many web series such as Spotlight, Shei Je Holud Pakhi, Dulha Wanted, The Chargesheet, and Bandish Bandits.
