In 2017, Anu made her Tamil debut film ‘Thupparivaalan’ with popular actor Vishal. In 2018, she worked with Pawan Kalyan in Agnyaathavaasi. Anu played a lead role in Naa Peru Surya alongside Allu Arjun and Shailaja Reddy Alludu alongside Naga Chaitanya.
