Rashi Khanna started her career as a Model in various commercials ads, print shoots, and ramp walks, and was the cover girl of the Femina magazine of the July 2009 edition. She made her acting debut with the Bollywood political spy movie ‘Madras Cafe ‘ in 2013 which she portrayed the supporting role of Ruby as the wife of John Abraham. This movie is highly recognized for its story and character and also gain a box office hit of more than 100 core.
In 2014, the actress made her Telugu debut film Oohalu Gusagusalade which she portrayed the lead role along with Naga Shaurya at the same time she also acted in a small role in the film Manam. Her acting performance also praised and impressed the audience.

Rashi made her Tamil debut film ‘Imaikkaa Nodigal along with Nayanthara and Atharvaa, which is a psychological thriller directed by R Ajay Gnanamuthu. Then she appeared in the Tamil film Adanga Maru alongside Jayam Ravi.
The actress also worked in Tamil films Ayoga along with Vishal as Sindhu and Sangathamizhan as Kamalini. In 2020, Rashi released the film World Famous Lover alongside Vijay Deverakonda.
