Pooja Hegde was born on October 13, 1990, in Mangalore, Karnataka, India to parents Manjunath Hegde and Lata Hegde. She was brought up in a Hindu family in Mumbai, India. Hegde has a younger brother named Rishabh Hegde who is a doctor.
