Sanjjanaa Galrani made her acting debut starring in the Telugu movie ‘Soggadu’ in 2005 which she played the role of Anu. She worked in the Telugu action film ‘Bujjigadu’ in 2008 as Kangana opposite Mohan Babu. In 2016, the actress appeared in the action comedy film ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ in the role of Gayathri along with Pawan Kalyan.
The actress made her Tamil debut with the romantic thriller film ‘Oru Kadhal Seiveer’ in 2006 as Subha. In 2021, she appeared in the Tamil cinema ‘Poda Mundam.’
In 2006, Sanjjanaa made her Kannada debut with the romantic film ‘Ganda Hendathi’ as the cameo role of Sanjana. Then she special appearance in the comedy film ‘Huduga Hudugi.’ In 2012, the actress played the lead role of Shilpa in the Kannada romantic drama film ‘Ondu Kshanadalli’ alongside Tarun Chandra and Bhama.
Sanjjanaa Galrani also worked in the Malayalam romantic action thriller film ‘Casanovva’ in 2012. Then the actress played the lead role in the Malayalam romantic movie ‘Chila Nerangalil Chilar’ in 2019.
