Jill Biden is a popular American activist and educator who is best known as the Second Lady of the United States for about 7 years. She was a writing instructor and teacher at Delaware Technical & Community College and is currently a professor of English at Northern Virginia Community College.
As an activist, she was regular in increasing awareness and motivation of the U.S. military and their family. The multi-talented educator is also the president of the Biden Breast Health Initiative. It is a non-profit organization. Biden also created numerous local organizations. The popular activist is the co-founder of the ‘Book Buddies program’, ‘the Joining Forces national initiative’ Etc.
Early Life, Family & Education
Jill Biden was born on June 3, 1951, in Hammonton, New Jersey, to parents Donald C. Jacobs and Bonny Jean Jacobs. Her mother is a homemaker and her father is a banker. She grew up in Pennsylvania with her sisters. Biden attended Upper Moreland High School and graduated from there in 1969. Later she completed her higher education in junior college in Pennsylvania. After that, she studied at the University of Delaware and passed with a degree in English.

Jill Biden started her career journey teaching English in a high school and at the same time, she joined Joe Biden’s Senate office.
In 1980, she taught the adolescent program at the Rockford Center psychiatric hospital for about five years. Later, Biden was signed as an English instructor at the Delaware Technical & Community College. After five years, she founded the Biden Breast Health Initiative in Delaware.
Jill Biden helped her husband in various campaigns during the vacations. After her husband got the nominee from the Democratic Party, she became the Second Lady of the U.S.

Jill Biden first married Bill Stevenson in 1970. Stevenson is a former football player. But the couple got divorced after a few years. Later she met Joe Biden. She stated that Biden is the best thing that happened in her life. After marriage, they are currently living with their daughter.
