Keerthi Suresh was born on October 17, 1992, in Madras, Tamil Nadu, India. She belongs to well known Hindu family. Her father G. Suresh Kumar is a film producer and her mother is a south Indian actress Menaka Suresh who has acted in 100 more films. She has an elder sister named Revathy Suresh.
The actress Keerthi did her schooling in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and then studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. Keerthi returned to Chennai and completed her degree in fashion design from Pearl Academy. She also attended an exchange program in Scotland for four months and completed a two-month internship in London.
Keerthi Suresh started her career in her early life as a child artist. From 2000 to 2005, she worked as a child artist with her father’s productions, such as Pilots, Achaneyanenikkishtam, and Kuberan, and some television serials.

Keerthi Suresh made her acting debut appearing in the movie ‘Geethaanjali,’ in 2013. It is Priyadarshan’s horror film in Which she played a double role. In 2014 she worked in Rafi Mecartin’s film Ring Master in which she played the role, blind girl. The film was a commercial success and a super hit.
In 2015, The access made her first Tamil debut with A. L. Vijay’s romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, along with Vikram Prabhu. the film was not well performed at the box office. then she appeared in Krishna’s Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay’s Kavalai Vendam. The actress worked in two films Rajini Murugan and Remo opposite Sivakarthikeyan, in which she played the role heroine and achieved in quick succession.
In 2018, she released the film Thaana Serndha Kootam, in which she played alongside Suriya, the film showed a positive review and being a super hit. In the same year, she released many films such as Agnyaathavaasi, Mahanati, Saamy 2, and Sandakozhi 2. One year later she worked with famous actor Nagarjuna in the film Manmadhudu 2, which was directed by Rahul Ravindran.

For 2021 Keerthi signed in many films like Rang De, Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham, Annaatthe, and Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
