Pedro Vargas made his debut with the opera ‘Cavalleria Rusticana’ in 1928. Then the actor moved to the United States with the musician Miguel Lerdo de Tejada. As a singer, Pedro sang many Discography tracks like Te Solté la Rienda, Amor de Mi Vida, La Feria de las Flores, Cielito Lindo, La del Rebozo Blanco, La Barca de Guaymas, and so on.

The actress made his film debut with the movie ‘Boys of the press’ in 1937 which he played the role of the Newspaper Boys. One year later, Pedro acted in the cinema ‘Canto a mi Tierra.’ In 1944, he appeared in the comedy film ‘Summer Hotel’ directed by Rene Cardona. Pedro also worked in the Mexican crime film ‘Revenge’ in 1948.

Pedro acted in the Mexican musical film ‘The Life of Agustin Lara’ in 1959  along with German Robles, Lorena Velazquez, and Ofelia Montesco. In 1960, he released his Mexican comedy film ‘Three Black Angels.’
